I'll try Parallel for this week. I saw it on a plan here (not for this topic) and was interesting in the parallel worlds subject. It's something appealing and I haven't read books with similar parallel realities, so I'm curious to see how an author can deal with it. As I'm not fond of romance focused books, I hope I won't be lost in a love bermuda triangle forever.

Summary:
"Abby Barnes had a plan. The Plan. She'd go to Northwestern, major in journalism, and land a job at a national newspaper, all before she turned twenty-two. But one tiny choice—taking a drama class her senior year of high school—changed all that. Now, on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, Abby is stuck on a Hollywood movie set, miles from where she wants to be, wishing she could rewind her life. The next morning, she's in a dorm room at Yale, with no memory of how she got there. Overnight, it's as if her past has been rewritten.
With the help of Caitlin, her science-savvy BFF, Abby discovers that this new reality is the result of a cosmic collision of parallel universes that has Abby living an alternate version of her life. "

It was crowded with love triangles!

I found the writing average and didn't really care about the characters. Otherwise, the story was interesting with the focus on the fact small events can change the future.
The fact that Not-Parallel 2009 Abby had to deal with the decisions made by Parallel 2008 Abby in the past, which changed randomly her present was interesting and well told with their 2 points of view. The book was heavy on teenage romance and friendship (and lacked depth), but it was entertaining. A nice 3.5 stars for me.
