Don't know how to do this, but I'd desperately like help on this one. Admittedly, I listened to it, but it was near impossible to know what happened. There's a conspiracy, but that's about what I gathered. And my friend said this was the author's most assessable book...

Help!

Haven't read it but I recently finished Gravity's Rainbow so I feel your pain.

Check out the wiki. It's a great resource, I used it a lot reading GR. Pynchon is big on the pop culture references.

Blake, I think we all have books where we read and we wonder just what we read. For me, it was the The Master and Margarita. Just not a book for me, I guess. The wiki seems like a good idea to start, just don't forget the resources at the bottom, I always find those very helpful!
