Personality: Munakata is a sophisticated, observant and composed individual who is cautious in the battlefield. Though he is willing to use physical action in a fight, Munakata does attempt to win with victory through negotiation instead. He is a natural leader and generally puts the concern of innocent lives over his own
History: (I'm lost) Reisi has always a passion for puzzle piecing. He was in Sceptor 4 since young I guess. And he became the King of Sceptor 4, leading the members. He hates Suoh Mikoto from HOMRA and eventually killed him with a stab in the heart. He 's always calms and composed no matter the situation which helped in several ways but also didn't help in others. Now, he is currently the Blue King.

Appearance:
Personality: She is a very serious, dignified, calm and collected person. Seri has a passive nature and tends to avoid conflict if possible, negotiation being her most preferred solution to her problems. When she is not at work, her personality drastically loosens up. Seri appears to have an unusual preference for red bean paste, having multiple scoops in her alcoholic drinks or daytime snacks.
History: In the month of May, Seri received a phone call from Himori Akiyama and Dōmyōji, telling her that a horse Strain they've been looking for had recently fled while a member of HOMRA was riding on its back. She immediately told them to issue a chase. Seri then reported to Captain Munakata about the news, adding that HOMRA is likely to interfere, thus she additionally commanded her subordinates to avoid any Clan disputes.

Appearance Description:
Ryou is of average height, Average weight and noticeably muscly. He is not as ordered as the rest of the clan, but is still noticeable as a Blue Clan. He has brilliant Blue eyes and black hair which always, no matter how groomed, appears ruffled/ Shaggy.
His mother was a slim and lithe figure and very orderly, and the only thing he got from her is his hair and eyes. The rest is all daddy dearest.
Personality:
Ryou is very much an aggressive person. This comes from his father who was a very shady man, and not from his lawful and orderly mother. Of course, his parents are split up and missing, presumed dead each of them. Ryou misses his mother, but has no care for his father. Ryou is a very emotional person, not in the sense of crying and such, just that he is bad at hiding his feelings and this can land him in trouble. Ryou often oversteps boundaries and is usually found paying for his slip ups. He is almost never called in for anything serious, and is only given menial tasks.
Ryou despises HOMRA, Red clan. No known reason is given
History:
Ryou was always a disappointment to his mother. He knew that. Of course, she always lied to him and herself and said she loved him, and was proud of him. But Ryou knew different. After she died, though, he regretted to trying harder and being better. He did fix that for a while, becoming an amazing member, but it all went down hill after a while.
Weapon of Choice:
A staff which he is extremely skilled with.

Appearance:
Personality: Yoji is very silent, and his actions, are slightly robotic. The reason why he's silent? He's mute. But he isn't deaf, sadly. The sad part? He's mute and also slightly blind. He can't see the colours green, and orange. He gets angry at the world sometimes and when he does, he doesn't exactly make sounds but he destroys something.
History: Yoji was born normal, despite the fact he was slightly colourblind and lived a really normal life, going to a school and taking lessons there. He once was in between a fight of Scepter 4 and HOMRA, and happened to accidentally get in the way, making Suu(yes suu), irritated at the disturbance and he kicked the boy away, causing him to accidentally bump into a group of bullies who beat him up, and when he got through, he had lost his voice and was now mute. He felt angry at HOMRA and decided to join Scepter 4, and once he did, he's against HOMRA forever.
Weapon of Choice: A silver and blue scythe, with a sword end.

Personality:Masa is very calm and serious, even in deadly situations when everything seems to be going wrong. He is smart and may seem rude and emotionless, but really he's a gentle, caring person who is very sensitive to insults. He may not show emotions on his face, but his eyes show everything. Other than all that he's the kind I person that doesn't show mercy when it involves threatening his fellow clansmen or himself.
History:Masa'sparents were both a part of Sceptwr 4x so he has been a member since birth. He has never regretted his choice to stay, but also has feelings that there should be peace between the clans, instea if chaos. But that's only what he thinks. He's never cared to share his opinion due to fear of either being shunned, teased, or even killed by others. He had grown up silently without a problem with others. He always had been "The Guy in the Corner" who doesn't talk or interact with others. He despises the thought of blood, but will kill if he has to to keep his clan safe.

Personality: ((Four lines)) She is nice, she does her best to protect others from all the danger that comes up at all times, she acts like an older sister to people younger and older than her, because she is mature enough to be their older sister. She can't afford to lose the people she cares about now. She also loves planing revenge, she is always serious about her jobs.
History: ((Six lines)) Her parents were dead, she had siblings. one day, robbers came to their house, Yurippe, was their oldest sister, she was told that is she didn't find something valuable enough, one person will die from her family every 10 minutes. She searched the house upside down, but she couldn't find anything valuable enough. Just like the robbers said, her siblings, were killed one by one, until it was left down to her. She protects from her heart now, her friends are just like her siblings to her, she can't afford to lose them too.
