Morpheus, Morpheus, Morpheus. he makes her find herself and her inner strength, not treat her like she's fragile and cant handle her situation's. he pushes her to grow into who she is and he goes for what he wants and isn't afraid of repercussions. He's quite a morbidly fascinating stud, at that. while Jeb is just a skater guy who cares but, was still going to run off with "silver spoon in her mouth" stuck up chick.

Morpheus, he is the netherling playmate she had as a child, and is obviously in love with her. He is just in my opinion, the better choice. Jeb is great and all, and he seems like a good guy, but he just appears a little controlling and if he liked her to begin with, why did he have that stupid girlfriend?

jeb for sure I didn't really like Morpheus I kinda though he was a very selfish individual and I didn't like his cockiness.

Morpheus all the way... Jeb upsepts me so much. I cannot stand someone telling me what i can or can't do on something that he is not part of. Morpheus encourages and believes Alyssa and let her be. I want a Morpheus in my life...

Morpheus!!! This might sound awful but, I love that he is so manipulative and devilish but still manages to be sweet to her.

Morpheus without a doubt. Those two have a bond and balance like no other. It like they're two sides of one coin.

It is SO hard to choose! On the one hand, Jeb was willing to spend the rest of his life in a box for Alyssa.
On the other hand, Morpheus brings out the best in Alyssa. It I had to choose, I think I would go with Morpheus. But just by a little bit.

Morpheus. He lets her be free and make her own decisions, while Jeb is way too controlling. Morpheus is the obvious choice.

Morpheus! Always and forever, luv. He's so amazing, sure, I wanted to punch his face in at times and reach through the book and yell at him but he truly loves her. He will go down fighting for her if necessary, unlikely because he'd either talk his way out of it or have a hidden plan up his ridiculous yet intriguing sleeves. Jeb is so annoying, he doesn't want Alyssa to change and makes stupid decisions sometimes. Plus, his little hissy fits. He is a good guy, I'll give you that, and he'd also catch a grenade for his skater girl but... Morpheus wins. I mean, seriously, if you had to choose between having a normal human life with financial problems, jobs, blah blah blah or in a magical freakin' land where you could fly and use magic freely and RULE amazing creature, FOREVER. Plus, you'd be with this amazing guy who cherishes you and will do for eternity, which would you choose?

Mmmm yeah, I know what I'd pick.

For those who haven't finished Ensnared, let's just say it was a good ending. Everyone will be happy. A.G. Howard conducted that very well.

I would pick Jeb because he can be trusted. Morpheus always keeps secrets and is really dangerous....sure he is really hot but he is not very trust worthy. TEAM JEB!!!

MORPHEUS, for a gazillion reasons, Jeb doesn't hold a candle to his competition. And it has nothing to do with the looks, since both guys are handsome. I started disliking Jeb even before I met Morpheus, and by the end of the book I was outright hating him.

I know she'll end up with Morpheus. Jeb is more ideal for the girl Alyssa was while I think Morpheus is the best for the girl she will become (I haven't read Unhinged yet :(. And, I agree with Jayna and Ruth: Jeb treats her like a fragile little kid while Morpheus allows her explore and take risks. So... Morpheus; he has redeeming qualities.

Um, Morpheus, Duh! Who wouldn't want a blue haired guy who treats you well, and at least can save you and not treat you like a little baby. God, I hate Jeb for that..At least Morpheus can have her for what she likes and loves, not because she has to be human for awhile.

Sorry, but precious cinnamon rolls that are simply human and MORTAL, mind you, are gems compared to changeless (as stated in the books), manipulative, selfish, kind-of racist (if you think about Morpheus's disdainful attitude toward humans) immortals such as Mothra.

Morpheus for sure. I don't like the "protectiveness" of Jeb. If a guy were to tell me you can't do something because he had the audacity to be entitled to me, that would piss me off like no tomorrow. Morpheus was like go figure it out yourself and will watch if she was actually in grave danger he would jump in.

Morpheus all the way his whole reason for being deceitful is so Alyssa learns to fight for herself. Jeb is controlling and expects her to stay a helpless little girl and fight her netherling side cause he wants to be able "to protect her." I loved loved loved Morpheus! He is my new favorite character for sure! But I have to choose Jeb for her. She seemed to to have a connection with Jeb and he is very sweet and can be trusted. As much as I love Morpheus I feel like Alyssa and Jeb or better suited.

everyone loves morph, and i agree he is a work of art. i, too love him, but with only a part of my heart. the rest is with jeb. the bigger part.. is with jeb. i get peoples problems with him, but coming from a similar background as Jeb. i understand him. therefore im team jeb.

Morpheus.... Why? Well he lets Alyssa see her faults and rise above them. He doesn't try to hold her back from anything. Yes hes done things that maybe would make someone question his character but hes also proven his loyal in ways that make you see that he does care he just goes about them sometimes in the wrong way but everyone learns things differently.

Jeb is controlling and too overprotective. I don't mind some over protection but not to the point it wouldn't allow me to grow as a human. Alyssa needs to be able to spread her wings and fly and Morpheus does that he doesn't just tell her she can't do this or that or fight her on every little thing she chooses to do. Morpheus has something that Jeb doesn't. He has known her sense she was a toddler. Hes always believed in her where Jeb lost his faith in her and himself at some points. He wasn't the worst other love interest I've read but he just seems to take the "protector" role to heart. He needed to step back and allow Alyssa get hurt and learn from that. Morpheus had no problem doing the hard choices that Jeb couldn't even take a back seat on. The whole agreeing with her dad about London wasn't fair to her he was supposed to been on her side but got it where she couldn't go cause he was a coward and wanted to run from his own feelings for her.

Yes I hated reading when Morpheus was going to allow "Red" to take over Alyssa but I had already by this point notice he doesn't do something without a real reason and that he knew Alyssa needed to defeat Red whom was already inside her body and had control fully almost which would've been hard for him to help her without hurting Alyssa. Alyssa had to realize she had the power to take on her great great whatever messed up grandmother who was so beyond saving.

So my choice stands Morpheus he don't stand there and try to control her or get too over protective.

I was sad with the ending I was hoping that it would've been a bit more and that Morpheus had more of a chance to have more than that one day instead of wait that whole time.

Jeb acts nice and is really sweet by how he looks is ewwe. Morpheus is a manipulative and shrewd guy who seems to care only for himself.

I tried several times to like Jeb (like 20!) but each time I read about Morpheus i'm like 'who's Jeb' and 'there's another guy? really?'. I feel like jumping inside the book, slap everyone except Morpheus, kiss Morpheus and wish him luck with Alyssa saying 'She's stupid but give her time'. I ship me and Morpheus but I can't so I ship Alyssa and Morpheus.

Firs of all, I want to apologize about the terrible use of the language, English is not my native language and I probably will make a mess trying to put my thoughts into words, Honestly I'm not sure about my own feelings but I feel the necessity to express my opinion. So, let's start:
Tbh I don't understand the question here, I mean, How on earth is this a real question? Morpheus for sure, duh. I know that lots of you fall for Jeb but definitely not my case, I HATE him, every thing about the character piss me off and the ending? Makes me so Mad that I can't even put it into words. Her decission was unfair, stupid and selfish.
the other thing that bothers the hell out of me is their reaction...really? they are acting like: "yeah, I'm happy with this" and I can't understand how they're ok with that shit. I think that I was suppossed to be happy with the ending but I'm really disappointed.
Uff, that's all, I feel so much better now that I get that out of my chest lol.

This is a really easy choice for me. Jeb. For five million reasons I pick Jeb. JALEB should be their couple name. Maybe JEBSA.

Morpheus is unadulterated mischief and fun. Jeb is the boring, sweet trophy husband whose idea of spontaneity is marriage... in highs school. Morpheus' idea of spontaneity is crazy, fun adventures in a world no one can even imagine. Ladies. Which one would you chose? I chose Morpheus. Someone who understands her completely. Not someone who frowns upon her decisions and choice of company.

I really want her to end up with Morpheus, but at the same time Jeb is a really great guy too. I just feel like Jeb is more concerned with his work and he needs to make something of himself and he wants Alyssa to come along for the ride. He loves her, but he has this need to prove himself. He's human and that means that he has insecurities and something to prove. Morpheus, on the other hand, only needs her. Nothing else in the world will satisfy him. He doesn't have to prove anything, because he is very secure in his love for her. Besides, he loves both sides of her. In the first book, Jeb does a lot of denying the twisted, animalistic side of her. Morpheus revels in her natural wildness. Jeb loves the things that make her human, and Morpheus has a fond affection for that side of her too. Nothing is lost in his love for her.. He knows she's human and netherling. He acknowledges that each side of her has something to offer. Jeb doesn't understand the netherling side of her, so he doesn't appreciate it.
I just think Morpheus gets her.. And it's really hard to let go of that kind of fondness. Do I think he's manipulative and treats her with ill will? Yes, and I think tat's the one thing that puts a damper on his love. He can't see past his own needs sometimes, but at the same time he wants her to grow. He's always saying that she's the best if both worlds. I think if he can live her and not smother her human side, things will be okay. Not an easy choice in any way.
That being said MORPHEUS! HANDS DOWN!

As a friend he is cool but true love won't consider letting Red control her so Alyssa can be stuck with you forever without her free will. like wtf
