Natalia | 3 comments I heard a review of this book on the radio and it stuck with me but I can't remember the title; I'm fairly certain it was a male author. I THINK it was the final book in a trilogy and I THINK there had been some kind of apocolyptic event; the fate of the world may have been in the hands of (view spoiler)

``Laurie (laurielynette) This sounds somewhat like the series of books written by James Wesley Rawles. His third book in this series has recently been published. I read the first one and really enjoyed it. All of the books have a one word title btw.

Survivors: A Novel of the Coming Collapse possibly the novel that Laurie suggested.

Natalia | 3 comments Thanks all. None of these rang a bell so I went to a big bookshop and, with some patient help from an assistant, I've come to the conclusion that it's the Charlie Higson series The Enemy. More convinced than ever that I have at least two books confused together! Thanks again!
