Sno-Isle Mock Printz discussion

I would like to submit this book for consideration. I just started it today, and it is hard to put down. Different.

Please tell us a bit more about why you think it is Printz worthy.

Happily, I have an ARC of this at home, so I can start it today while home sick :D

I can't quite put it into words yet! I read a lot more today. I have no idea where the story is going. Intriguing setting, strong voice.

I'll get back to you after I've read more. :-)

Finished - and I definitely think this should be one of our finalists. Well written, strong story, top of my list along with Leonard Peacock. Two of the best YA novels I've read in a long time.

Not the first book if it's type I've read this year. (Is this reality or is this VIRTUAL reality?!?) But by far the best in terms of characters, setting, and the ability to suspend disbelief and get caught up in the story. Teens not only struggling with coming of age and trying to figure out their own values and approach to life, but trying to figure out: what is "life?" Where are we? Why are we here? Or are we actually "there?" What are we? And what the @#$% do we do now?
