How to create a poll.
Click on Polls (top right of screen) and then Create Poll (last button under the I Read Therefore I am icon- at the top right of the page).
You can then search for and add the books using the add book/author button at the right side of each box. You can also add the day you want the poll to start and finish and once you've created the poll it will ask you if you want to send a link to all group members.
It's dead easy really.

How to send an e-mail to all (76?!) group members.
Click on Members (top right of screen), scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Broadcast A Message to All Members"
N.B. You can only do this once a day.

That I don't know - I only found out it was once per moderator when I tried to send 2 on the same day myself (I'd added the wrong link) and it came up with a message telling me that one a day was the limit. I guess we could test it out?
