The book explores the curious nature of advantages and disadvantages and how each can (under circumstances) become its opposite. Gladwell gets bogged down in his anecdotes at times, and his arguments are occasionally overly-simplistic (as usual), but there’s plenty of interest here to keep you going. Katy (kathy_h) | 181 comments I enjoyed the book. If you've read Gladwell before you know what to expect, but he does make you at least think outside the box.

I think his simple anecdotes make it easier for the average person to understand. Gladwell uses these examples to support his hypotheses.
