Heidi Angell (heidiangell) I am planning the November virtual book tour and launch for the second book in the Clear Angel Chronicles and I was thinking that it would be cool to host a Google on air event with a panel of authors who write about psychics and psychic phenomena. Anyone out there who would be interested in joining me?

If you don't write about psychics, would you give me some questions you might like to see discussed in the panel?

Thanks so much for your help everyone!

Heidi Angell (heidiangell) Well, I want to believe... hence the reason I wrote about a psychic! But I would want to go at it from a neutral position. My novels are fiction. It is about the possibility, and would it really be such a great ability?

Don G. (dgford) | 35 comments Such ability, I believe leads to power, then the abuse of such, since as mortals, most of us can't handle it. It can also burn you, in terms of the association with the dark arts, so they come to be called. Most psychics deal with the dead, speak to them, or find the corpse after the fact or tragedy. (Why not discover a lost person who is still alive?)

I see that there is good in the world and evil on the other hand. Just as beauty and ugliness exist in this same world to give us a measuring tool to go by, so life and death both occupy our world. There is more, but it would take a lifetime to explore it all!

Cheers, Don

Heidi Angell (heidiangell) Don,

Kinda funny you should mention "why not discover a person who is still alive?" Clear does that. Hers is more of a comic book type psychic power than a dark arts. She was born a psychic. But it does burn her up and wear her down.

Interesting view points thanks for sharing!

Don G. (dgford) | 35 comments Clear is not based in reality as much as in her fiction place that the writer puts her in. Having the angel face here would answer the question whether this is circled in white or dark magic. This could add an interesting new angle to it. Thanks for sharing and best to you in your writing world. Cheers, Don

D. Quarles | 5 comments I wrote Perception, a novel about psychic experiences. I'd be interested in learning more about what you envision.
