How many chapters/day?

There are more chapters in this one, I noticed. Longer too. =D

I have the audio so it will be up to y'all to choose the chapters.

48 chapters so 10 a day? The chapters look like they might be a little shorter, though the book is a little bit longer :)

I'm trying to get into the mood for this one. I'm not super excited about Judd. Hopefully he surprises me. After the hints thrown down in the last book I'm really looking forward to Dorian and Clay's books.

Ooh, yay! Those are the next two in the series :)

Oh this is a good book. The transformation of Judd IMO is worth reading. I think you guys will enjoy it. I loved it.

I like Brenna. She could have been crushed by what happened to her but she is unwilling to allow that. Is she now seeing visions?

What is Krychek up to?

That is one question that has haunted the readers for many books to come. It was real fun trying to guess who the Ghost was. I dwindled between a couple and finally my first choice was right!! Hehehe!!

I don't think it is Ming, personally. But I haven't decided who it is.
I want it to be Kaleb, but that's only because I find him delicious. When I have a real guess, I will post it.

Like Sheri, I was all "...Judd?. eh" but that went away within a chapter. I want to read the whole thing NOW. right. now.

Is Sienna going to be Hawke's? I'm getting that vibe.

I don't think it is Ming. I am leaning toward Kaleb but what if it's Faith's father. That would be a interesting twist. Kaleb is interesting. I want to know what he is up to. Marley is so cute!

I love both of the kids. Toby gets lots of screen time, but Marley is always, always so freaking adorable. Her and Walker are so sweet with eachother. even though walker is still all emotionally stunted.

I know, right? He definitely got interesting very quickly.

I like that we get other POVs in this book besides just the two MCs. Kaleb is developing into an interesting persona as well.

I loved Walker and Judd's interaction in today's read. We get to see Judd becoming more sensitive.

Judd's transformation was really good to see. I love his relationship with Brenna, she makes him so much more. Judd is very loyal to the people he loves and so passionate. That is one of the reasons why I love him and this book.

Quite later when we come to Walker's story, that's pretty great too.

Hey ladies, I miss you :) I'm so far behind right now I want to cry (ok, not really, but I hate not having time to read). I've had unexpected company this week, so what I thought would be a nice relaxing week turned into super busy me entertaining a guest. And I have more company coming Friday.

Sounds like fun! I know what it is like to miss reading.

Singh is able to create some HOT and STEAMY scenes!

Sienna is going to be an interesting character.

I like Judd's story a lot more.
I think part of it is the male psy thing. It might be that he's militant too, I will have to see more male Psy books, but the way Silence affects him is very different.
I will say there's a definite sexist quality to it, but I'll get into that later.
I like the books, but I do not like the trend. Then again, it's only three books deep. I think the trend could break. Maybe with Sienna?
But I am tired of fragile aka hard girls worrying for their sanity. I am tired of it being girls worried about their brokenness and men being in control or choosing to give it up.

Still, Judd is delicious. I love how much more he knows and understands about things. No delusions or lies to sort through - he's done his research.
a boy who knows his way around research is my kind of boy.
and the idea of taming the one no one else can crack? totes a weakness.

it varies from book to book, there are a few books that have much stronger, less broken ladies. I think you'll like Dorian's book. a)twins, b) psy lady that knows what's what.

but that trend is still there. and I agree, It's something that bugs me about them too. I don't read much romance, but this trend does seem to be part of the genre. I think the other aspects of the books, the scifi parts, make up for it in my opinion. and the antagonists. I hearts them so.

This is my favorite so far. I think they were both broken to a certain extant. They were willing to draw strength from each other.

What are we reading next week? Next in series or something else?

Maybe this changes later in the story, but Brenna doesn't seem as 'wild' as the males. She uses her female beauty to her advantage when she wants something (dressing sexy for example) where the males from the previous stories seemed much more in tune with their 'beast' as they called it. I know she can't shift for whatever reason at the moment, but you would think she would still think about it more since she grew up with it.

Maybe it is due to the trama she went through. We miss you.

It seems like that wildness might have something to do with her position in the pack.
But again, I think more books will solidify a trend or not.
