I'm really sorry, but I actually don't know if the 20th will work. I totally forgot but I'm going to my grandparent's for Thanksgiving. I'm leaving on 25th and they don't have WiFi... So is there anyway we could start a couple of days earlier?
I'm so excited for this! & did you know they just started filming a couple of days ago for the movie adaptation of this book?
Have you started reading yet, Chelsea? I've read three sections. (It's not really measured in chapters, it's strange)
I know how that is... I read a book (it was good!) that only had three sections, and the first and last were like 10 pages each so the whole entire middle there was no great spot for me to make a break... though I did get used to it. And yes, I did - I just haven't read much.
"...we are long past giving off that sour-milk smell that makes adults melt"... this line amused me because I work with children, and after I'm done... I always feel like I smell bad (not good enough for adults to melt over lol)
Although, I really like Teddy!
I also am amused at how quickly there school was canceled, I'm from Ohio so we don't really cancel for snow, even if the roads are completely iced-over, we usually still go (we don't cancel unless the temp. is close to 0)

And in like two seconds flat... it went from happy to sad... and I'm trying not to cry in my Bio class :(
I knew something like that was going to happen but when it actually happened I was just like what??
Ya I felt it jumped right into it... I mean I knew something was going to happen too, but I didn't think it was going to be "Awesome drive... bam [spolier]parents are both dead[/spoiler] within seconds.
I was torn between my feeling over this book. It was really slow, and I'm more into books that move at a fast pace, but it did make me cry and that usually wins me over becomes I love books that can draw out emotions in me (even if I don't want to stay up crying lol).
Synopsis ~
In a single moment, everything changes. Seventeen-year-old Mia has no memory of the accident; she can only recall riding along the snow-wet Oregon road with her family. Then, in a blink, she finds herself watching as her own damaged body is taken from the wreck...
A sophisticated, layered, and heart-achingly beautiful story about the power of family and friends, the choices we all make, and the ultimate choice Mia commands.
