This months group read is The Necromancer's Gambit by Nicolas Wilson. Ebook copies are available in MOBI, PDF, EPUB and LRF formats. If you'd like to take part, send me a message with your desired format and your email address, and I'll send you a copy.

Michelle {Book Hangovers} (bookhangoverz) If I didn't already have the month of November booked with reading, I would of loved to join in on this group read! This book sounds interesting !!!

I'm 25% into it. I found it difficult to get into at first, but I'm enjoying it now :)

Erin Farwell (erin50) | 7 comments I'm having a love/hate relationship with this book. On the love side, the characters are great, the plot/situation has some unique elements that make it original and the pacing is good. On the hate side, I find I have to reread several sentences and untangle them to understand what is being expressed. This happens from time to time in a lot of books and it usually doesn't bother me much but it happens so often in this book that I am getting tired of being pulled out of this great/strange world to reread sentences.

I think I'm the same. I'm enjoying it but at the same time it feels like an awful lot of hard work. And it's taking me ages to read. I think I've finished 3 other books in the same time I've been reading this one.

I have to agree on this unfortunately. I'm stuck at 30% and I've read two other books while I've been reading it. Finding it hard to get into this one.
