Mandy Df | 2 comments I know the title of this makes the book sound CRAZY. I vaguely remember reading a book in middle school about two children born on the same day. One lived in the US and one lived in England. The one in England, a boy, was really wealthy. From what I remember, they were born at the exact same time so they had a special power: they could hear what the other was thinking and "switch" places. The English boy ends up being kidnapped and the girl has to find a way to save him. I can't remember what else happens or the name of the book. It's been bugging me for years and Google doesn't seem to help!

Hopefully someone knows what book I'm talking about :)

bookel | 4018 comments Being of two minds by Pamela F. Service (1992). Connie Hendricks was a typical American teen except for her dizzy spells, when she would pass out. When this happened, she entered the mind and soul of Prince Rudolph, the fourteen-year-old heir apparent of Thulgaria, a small European country. Prince Rudolph had spells too, when he entered Connie's mind and life. Everything was just fine, and their "trick" was their special secret -- until Rudolph was kidnapped while Connie was inside his mind . . .

See bookfinder.com or the various secondhand bookseller sites for copies.
