Or can we read more than one book as long as it still fits the challenge/obstacle?

Amber- The books need to be at least 100 pages in order to count as a full book! That way we can't read a bunch of little books. Also the reason why we are counting pages as the total when seeing who the winner is!
Book Concierge- I have been in school and finals, therefore I was unable to answer questions. I still see them, and I answer them as I can. You can read as many as your heart desires. As long as that books is started in that week.
Amber- Audio books count, yes. :)
RebeccaS- The books you post should only be part of the challenge. If you read a book that doesn't fit the obstacle for that week, it cannot count. I have set specific guidelines in order to keep you as close to the "schedule" as possible. But if you do not finish, don't worry. As long as the book is started during that week it will be fine.

I will double check the losing, and of there is a spot, I will let you know!

Or four. :P

Put all of them! You want to read as many books as possible!

Yay! Going now to reserve my post.

Great question Amber. Absolutely not! It can be a contemporary adaptation, or one that is very much old! Thanks for asking

Yes there will be another race sometime towards the middle of the year!
Yes there will be another race sometime towards the middle of the year!
IMPORTANT:
I want to make clear for books for this Race. It is a weekly challenge race! So you have to get through at least half, or so, of the book for the book to count for the designated book. SO yes, indeed the books can roll through. If it makes it easier, add your date when you started for extra designation! And even better, if it doubles up (i.e. I am reading Breakfast at Tiffany's by Capote for my Free For All - BUT I didn't finish. But the second week is Male Authors, therefore it rolls over and i don't have to worry!)
The point of this Race/Game is to broaden and challenge a little bit more. Its harder to designate certain books but in a good way!
Good luck!

Thanks for this info. Rachel. I hadn't any of the books I've been reading for the first week because I knew I wouldn't have them finished in the week. Now I can add them and gain something for my efforts.
Am I right in assuming that I can't award points for the book read if I haven't completed it?
