Join Heather, Joi, and Chelsie as they read the first book in the Summer Series by Jenny Han.


Synopsis ~
Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer--they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one terrible and wonderful summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along.

If not you could always ask the librarian if they could order the other two books in (that's what I do and they come in about a week). Now about to start the 7 chapters!

How do you like it so far? I've been considering reading it, but I've heard so many mixed reviews about it.

Ive read it before now (twice) its good to read it again, its such a feel good book, a really easy read.

i havent been able to finish them yet.....i almost blacked out

yes im fine just watched something and it made my stomach extremely weak

I just finished my seven chapters. I really like the way Jenny Han is so descriptive when it comes to the scenery.

Sadly im still on chapter 1 lol

Lol. I don't know. I think I might like Jeremiah better ... he's older. Plus Conrad did Belly wrong. (Even though it wasn't intentional.

Surely Conrad is older :o I think I have a soft spot for dark broody guys who play guitar. Though Jeremiah is lovely.

Oops...missed that part. Yep, he's older by a year and a half. Lol...(dark broody guys who play guitar). I wonder where the book is going to go though.?

It's good, you're lucky that its all new to you, you have surprises to come (: But seriously I think the last book in the series is BY FAR the best of the 3 and if you like this we really must read it.

I know! :) Jeremiah's light and fun, but he comes off as more of a brother or friend figure.

I have some work to do, and then I'll do my next seven chapters. I can't wait to keep going.!

Yes and I'm doing chemistry homework then reading the other 6 chapters I haven't read for today

Ya, I juat read all 14 chapters during my chem lecture earlier :p my chem prof. isn't the greatest so I can never stay focused and havin the book on my phone made it very easy to access lol
