Im still reading it but what do you think?? does it end well? was it as good as the others? Leave your thoughts :)

I didn't like it too much :( I liked the ending and thought it was amazing and fitting. The dual POV was strange and didn't work well (tris and four sound EXACTLY the same), the book was boring in parts, the GD and GP genetics being messed with was so predictable and unoriginal.

Im in the middle of the book and let me tell you it most definitely does not even compare to the first two, i don't like the POV'S, Four is annoying me a bit and i much prefer their old city to this new confusing expirement with all the confusing gene stuff. But im not dont yet so im crossing my fingers and hoping for the best

Yeah that's what I did... You might end up liking it! The ending is quite good.

ok i feel a bit better :P i have very very very mixed feelings about this book. First of all i have to say im not a big fan of the first halfish but after it picked up it i began to get the signature "Divergent" feel that i get when reading the other books, so i really liked the second half. But the ending on the other hand was very....frustrating i guess like it ended well and i liked the closure but i was just so MAD at the book!!! I was literally talking to the book through my sobs at the end. I probably sounded crazy had anyone been listened. Also the switching POV's was a bit annoying cause they sort of sounded the same at some times also Four annoyed me a bit in the middle with the his stupid "pride" and all that manly stuff when he wouldnt listen to Tris when she was so obviously right.

But anyway Tris dies and lalalallala life goes on...... just FREAKING KIDDING life most definitely does NOT go on!!! like mind blown where the hell did that come from one second shes sending Caleb off for the dead the next shes getting shot and leaping into the waiting arms of her mother. Like HOLD ON that was sooo not expected, a guess now that im not crying my eyes out i see that it was a really good ending but still.... there should have been a warning on the book like "Do not read in public to avoid having your sanity questioned when you begin to cry uncontrollably" :P

I would recommend this book to other people but i would let them know that the beginning is a bit annoying and slow but the second half of the book makes everything worth it!

Totally didn't like this book. I don't mind the dying and all that stuff, but I feel like it needs to be done properly (which this wasn't in my opinion)

I thought that the book was really good. But the ending would've been much, much better if Tris didn't die.

I think the book was a drag, but the ending was so sad yet amazing that it made the book so much better. I think the fact that Tris dies makes the book un expectable and realistic. It was so much better than the ending in Mockingjay.

I agree entirely. Because of (view spoiler)[How Tris' death was handled(both how it was hinted at earlier by her mentioning how she'd never walk her brother to his death(paraphrasing) and how right it felt for her character) (hide spoiler)] I definitely want to read more by Veronica Roth. I can go in knowing that no character is safe.

Totally agree.

I haven't finished reading it yet but pretty much everyone has told me the ending so I'm not really motivated to read it since I already know what happens which kind of suck :(

Yh, I'd be so upset if I knew the ending before I finished, but luckily, it took me totally by surprise.

I finished it months ago and I am still grieving over Tris.... I need a book pick me up.

There was too much talk about Genetics and I just felt devastated about the ending. It was kind of a disappointment to me.
