And what would you say and ask that person?

Dead or alive?

I got a list a mile long! Let me think for a minute!

Yeah, I could think of a few myself.

Harriet Tubman
CS Lewis
Paul (the Apostle)
John (the Apostle)
Benedict Cumberbatch
Keanu Reeves
Whoopi Goldberg
George Washington Carver

I would probably just ask about their lives and just chat with them.

Okay, I'll try to limit my list.

Mother Teresa
Joan of Arc
Martin Luther
Eleanor Roosevelt
Charlemagne
Clara Barton
Jackie Kennedy
George Washington
Any of the Apostles (especially Paul)
Jesus (I can talk to Him now ☺)

General questions about how they came to choose the life they lived. How they were able to give up certain things for the people around them. What were the basic principles they lived by. If there was one thing they wanted people to know about them what would it be...

Kristina Taylor farrell | 37 comments Some of the people I would love to meet are

Boudicca
Marie Antoinette
Marylin Monroe
Chester Bennington

I mostly just would love to have a first hand account of what their life was like. After all you can only learn so much from a secondhand source. There so many more I could add to this list that I would be here all day but they were the first to come to my mind. Chester is on my list just because I think he is amazingly talented and he is kind of yummy

Boudica, good idea!

I never heard the story/urban legend that she's buried between platforms 9 and 10 at King's Cross Station until like 2 years ago. I wonder if that legend is why JK Rowling wrote about Platform 9 3/4 for the train station to Hogwarts? Not sure if Boudica is associated with magic.

Just a neat bit of trivia!

Back to my regularly scheduled lunch...

Great list. I didn't put Jesus for the same reason. :)

Interesting list, Kristina. I think having a conversation with any of those listed would be quite intriguing.

MaryReadsRomance (Mary_Reads) | 37 comments I would like to talk to one of history's most dangerous warrior "heroes" and the ultimate "control freak", Genghis Khan, and find out where his grave along with its massive treasure is buried!

I know it is shallow. Besides being a Romance Addict, there is a reason I picked Mary "Reeds", a pirate wench, for my alter ego, LOL :)

not shallow at all Mary.

Paganalexandria | 354 comments This is hard and it points out my lack of intellectual depth. Here goes:

Elizabeth Taylor - I have always loved her mix of breath taking glamour and bawdiness. She would be awesome to spend an evening with, plus if I got her drunk enough she might let try on her jewels.

John F. Kennedy Jr. - He is still one of the hottest men ever produced. Would love to flirt and pick his brain about current events.

Cleopatra - It would be awesome for her to tell Liz what she thought of her portrayal. Also would love to pick her brain on how to bring any man to his knees.

Angelina Jolie - I have to invite my girl crush. She can also engage John John on deeper world issues due to her United Nations humanitarian work.

Brad Pitt - He serves several purposes. 1. He is just beautiful to look at. 2. Keeps Angelina from taking too much of JFK Jr.'s attention. 3. I would love to witness the Brangelina chemistry in person.

Bettie Page - I would love to talk to her about her lost years and what if felt like finding out about her cult status so late in life.
