This book has been sitting on my self and i have been waiting for a buddy read so I can actually finish it

I totally forgot this was today!! I thought this was in a few more days! I will see how much I can read before I have to go to bed (:

I only read a few pages so far. How far are you planning to get today?

Probably to Chapter 3, how about you?

5% ~ (view spoiler)[Okay, I am interested to see where this is going. It was a little boring in the beginning, I was getting ready to doze off while reading but I kept myself going and finished the first chapter. I am interested to know who that guy was ^.^ (hide spoiler)]

21% ~ (view spoiler)[I really hope there's going to be some romance with Dave and Mclean (<-Liz, Beth, Eliza etc.) But I really want to see what happens next, the book is probably going to be a 4* for me, but I don't know for sure, I guess I will have to read the rest to find out.

page 80 - (view spoiler)[ Mclean probably decided to be herself in Lakeview, that's why she keeps slipping. I didn't feel like this would exactly be my type of read from the synopsis, but after reading this much, I think I'll like it.

On a side note: Why are the synopsis always not catching for me when it comes to Sarah Dessen books? Ughhh (hide spoiler)]

page 200 - (view spoiler)[ I'm really liking this one so far. I thought Opal would be a pain in the ass but I'm starting to really like her. I really enjoy the chaos of the restaurant here, just like the chaos of Wish in another Dessen book I read. I also really love reading about the model of their town. Sounds like something I really want to be a part of (hide spoiler)]

Page 320 - (view spoiler)[ Oh man, things are really starting to get bad with her mom. I hope she doesn't revisit the court order. (hide spoiler)]

Finished - (view spoiler)[ I really enjoyed this one! I liked how Mclean made friends, and I also enjoyed hearing about Lakeview and Gervais again! I like how they resolved things within the family. And while nothing is perfect, things are really starting to come around, and it's really nice to see. Dave was just so sweet towards the end. I love what he did with the model, and the fluorescent "stay," that was so cute! This is book is a quick and sweet read, and I'm glad I decided to read it. (hide spoiler)]
