What's the deal with the Ebook?

I have not read this book. I was researching famous sci-fi books and their ebook status, though. Anyone know why there is no ebook of this book.
Well, I shouldn't say "no ebook." I did find evidence of one online, but it says it's not for sale in the U.S.
Anyone know why?

You ever tried amazon?

Its for kindle, which is in another format, but you can use calibre to convert it to epub.

It was published as an ebook in the US about a few months after you asked this question. Don't know why it took so long, probably a rights negotiation.
