All things City of Bones! Anyone saw the movie?

I saw the movie - I really liked it... Read the book a few days later xD

I read the book first before the movie came out (like 2 weeks before the movie came out). I liked the book better since they changed a lot in the movie. But if I think of the movie as an independent thing, I like the movie too.

I like the book better too, there's more detail to it.. But then again it's limited how much they can take from the book to the movie, without the movie becoming too long..

Yeah that is so true. It's impossible to mention everything in the movie. That's why I try to see them as two different things. Though I don't understand why the left out the whole rat thing.

I don't get that either. And there was something else, too, I wondered why they hadn't used in the movie, but I don't remember what it was..

I didnt see the movie but i read th entire series. My fav charecter is Alec

Why Alec?

Cause he's not in your face the way Jace is and he's not all for the attention

Hmm maybe. I like Alec a lot (especially together with Magnus!) and I like how Kevin Zegers puts him to the screen, but he's not my fav.

I like jace too, but i have almost th exact same personality as him, so i feel like we would clash a lot

And jace being like "LOL ok." Them jumping off and being "hey i didnt die lets do that again"

Its cause of the way Valentine raised and treated him. I have a theroy Valentine raised jace because he realized he had made a monster (sebastian) and needed someone capable of taking him down

I know.. but still. Jace loves Clary. He should want to be with her forever.
