How often should I have the P/P meeting? Ries says less than a few weeks is too often and more than a few months is too infrequent. So, what do you say?
Well, my guess is that it depends on how fast the team can get thru a complete 'validated learning' iteration.
If what's going to be discussed in the P/P meeting is 'what do we know now in comparison to what we knew on the last meeting', it will depend on how much was learned since the last meeting.
I would start with a 5 iterations cycles between each meeting.
