I think this needs a superlibrarian, because I couldn't make the changes myself.

Emily Mah Tippetts writes chick lit/YA as E.M. Tippetts http://www.emtippetts.com and sci-fi/fantasy as Emily Mah http://www.emilymah.com/.

Her Goodreads author profile is Emily Mah Tippetts
but all her books on that profile are listed under that name only, when according to the Librarian Manual, the author's name as on the front cover should be the primary author.

So each of the books there needs to have either this profile E.M. Tippetts or this profile Emily Mah made the primary author.

Once that is done, a number of editions need to be combined.

(And is a Goodreads Author allowed to have a profile with a name they haven't been published under? Pretty sure she has only been published as E.M. Tippetts or Emily Mah, not Emily Mah Tippetts.)

You make a good point. I'll add the issue, and a link back to this thread, to the thread for sorting out Goodreads author name & profiles.

There is no point in fiddling with the books if there is a chance that the profiles themselves will be renamed or combined.
