Hello Antonello! That sounds interesting! I have lots of friends who like that author! I'm currently reading the Divergent series by Veronica Roth but I'm honestly struggling with it. It's not keeping my attention as much as I'd hoped!

Hi Antonello! I need to catch up a little on the Alex Cross series, but I really have been enjoying it. Although I do wonder how many more books Mr. Patterson can crank out on one series alone.

I loved Alex Cross books and still miss my old collection.

what am I reading? Well I suffer from literary A.D.D. so my present reading list includes:

•Damned by Chuck Palahniuk
•The Annotated Lolita by Vladimir Nabakov
•The Basic Writings of Nietzsche
•The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood

Hello everyone! This group sounds like fun so here I am! I just finished reading for my RL book club. It was an easy and quick read which was perfect for the busy holiday month. I'm not sure, but I think I will try next as I am probably the only person on the planet who hasn't read it.

At the moment I am reading Americanah and I am loving, almost over.

I'm reading Flesh by Richard Laymon . I've been reading it for quite a long time now, I really need to get it done.

I am currently finishing 2013 reading Trojan Odyssey by Clive Cussler, Lean Mean Thirteen by Janet Evanovich. And listening to The Heist by Janet Evanovich and Lee Goldberg.

Clive is a new favorite, Janet is an old one.

I just finished World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War. I am among the 1% who did not like it. Sigh.......

Hi Heather! I'm not a huge short story fan. I think this is the reason I didn't like it. It didn't read like a novel. Instead, each chapter resembled a short story even though they were all connected to a whole. I'd much rather read a novel, connect to some characters, and get lost in the book. That just didn't happen for me with WWZ.

I'm currently trying to read the Michael Connelly's Mickey Haller series. I read a couple years ago and developed a mad crush on Mickey Haller. Needless to say, Matthew McConaughey only deepened the level of that crush when I saw the movie. Thanks to Matthew, the Mickey Haller series has even more meaning for me. :) I just finished reading The Brass Verdict and will soon begin The Reversal. I like how Connelly uses characters from previous books. It reminds of Stephen King.

Just finished . I am going to start the new year with The Fifth Witness by Michael Connelly and All the King's Men by Robert Penn Warren. I'm excited to get started on 2,014 books!

I'm currently reading The Invaders and The Royal Ranger, both by John Flanagan.

I'm reading Whispers by Lisa Jackson, it's alright so far, nothing special.

Also reading Death Note, Vol. 2: Confluence (When I want to read a really quick chapter just to pass the time.) and Subliminal Dust (I'm going to read a poem a day until I get it done. That's in 87 days.)

I finished up , read about half-way through and it was just so boring to me I couldn't stand another page about this poor girl's life and NOW I'm reading which is amazing- can't put to down!

Libby, I just finished it! I really enjoyed it! Love historical fiction!

Started reading last night. So far it's a page turner (if you like historical fiction!). I think I stayed up a little too late. :)

Libby, just finished The Girl You Left Behind! It was great! Just a warning, when you get to Part 2 for a while you will be thinking 'get on with it' but stick it out! :)

I've just started reading The House Girl by Tara Conklin. I enjoy reading historical fiction and loved 'The Help' so hope I'll enjoy this one as much too :)

Just started reading Sarah's Key was excellent so I hope I like this one by de Rosnay too! Also, reading

I just started reading Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. My mother read this to me and my sister as a bed time story but I never read it myself.

You'll love Sarah's Key. It's one of my most recent favs. :-)

I just finished Mrs. O'Leary's Cow by Ryan Patrick Sullivan. I recommend this book to everyone! I used to work with the person who wrote this book. It's his first novel! I think he did a wonderful job. You can purchase the book in hardcover and paperback. Unfortunately it is not out as an e-book yet. I'll put two links below in case anyone is interested.
