This is somewhat tricky--to me the answer is both yes and no for different reasons. Firstly, I answered yes because I can justify and give reasons as to why I would hate someone; hate is definitely a strong word. Let's take Hilter for example like Layla, I can say straight off the bag that I hate him. WHY?--because he killed millions of people and it's as simple as that. However, I'm conflicted because I've dealt with a lot of hate and obviously it's not nice. Going along with the thoughts of many relgious figures and whatnot, they say to always forgive; don't get me wrong, I am a forgiving person but I only forgive when I know that person is truly sorry. Even if Hilter showed redemption and wanted to be forgiven I'm not sure I would have the power to forgive him for what he had done. Where am I going with this?! My opinion: Hate can only be justified when you have valid reasons to hate that person.
