Did you make your 2013 reading goal?

Yeah for the Internet! It is amazing how we all rely on technology isn't it?
The first book that I read was The Taint of Midas by Anne Zouroudi. A good mystery, a little too much on the Greek innuendo that I didn't understand but it was an okay book. the last one that I finished was the short, Eros which I enjoyed.
I made the goal I set for myself of 20 books and actually read 23? which was good for me......

Way to go Sara! That is a lot. Congratulations! Maybe keep it at 70 and surprise yourself? Just my 1/4 cents....
I didn't make mine, but I'm not disappointed. This was actually my first full year since I got back into reading, so I am quite proud with myself. Sure, many of the books I read were audiobooks, but over 100 was still not too shabby!
Not sure what my goal will be for next year. I might make 2. One for audiobooks and one for physical books.

I will this year though! I think I'll make my goal around 80 - and actually mark down what I read.

I've set it for 50 so far this year

I read a lot of science books last year, and this year I'm going for more fiction and classics. I just finished up Frederica, and enjoyed it.
I recently just finished my 2013 reading goal of 30 books (which honestly, I exceeded but didn't actually give myself a goal until...March? April? I was late in the game.)
What was the first book you read this year - assuming you remember, and what was the book that ended your year of reading?
