I think I have all those, if I use Raspberry Jello instead.
... what does it taste like? I mean, is it a sweet and tart fruit salad? Is it a filled jello thing?
I think I'm going to make it tonight... but I noticed there is no water added, so I was wondering if any was supposed to be added to dissolve the Jello, or not?
Never mind... I see it says "mix as directed on box"...
lol. it has a sweet taste and with the pecans it has that crunch texture that some of us love.
I went to make this last night and couldn't find my Jello. I guess I only bought the one at Christmas time. I put it on my list.

lol. I'm not sure about the crunchy part for a novel. Then again it depends on what the book is about.
I tried it early in the year with vegan jello. It was good!
It sounds brilliant. I'm thinking side dish for thanksgiving.

Yes, one of the really nice things about fall.
1 bag of cranberries (chopped)
4 cuties (mandarin oranges, chopped)(2 with peel, 2 without peel)
1/2 cup of splenda
2 stalks of celery (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1/2 cup of pecans
1 box Sugar Free Cherry Jello (mix as directed on box)
add all ingredients together and chill.
I made this on New Year's Day but I had no cranberries and used strawberries instead. Turned out great! I got a large bag of frozen whole strawberries and used half a bag.
