Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) | 14527 comments A recipe I got from a lady I know

1 bag of cranberries (chopped)
4 cuties (mandarin oranges, chopped)(2 with peel, 2 without peel)
1/2 cup of splenda
2 stalks of celery (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1/2 cup of pecans
1 box Sugar Free Cherry Jello (mix as directed on box)
add all ingredients together and chill.

I made this on New Year's Day but I had no cranberries and used strawberries instead. Turned out great! I got a large bag of frozen whole strawberries and used half a bag.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I think I have all those, if I use Raspberry Jello instead.

Abigail Sharpe (abigailsharpe) | 2010 comments ... what does it taste like? I mean, is it a sweet and tart fruit salad? Is it a filled jello thing?

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I think I'm going to make it tonight... but I noticed there is no water added, so I was wondering if any was supposed to be added to dissolve the Jello, or not?

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Never mind... I see it says "mix as directed on box"...

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I went to make this last night and couldn't find my Jello. I guess I only bought the one at Christmas time. I put it on my list.

lol. I'm not sure about the crunchy part for a novel. Then again it depends on what the book is about.
