History:

A a child, Pip was born mute. Her father died when she was little, and only knew him for the first three years of her life. Though, with her mother, she grew up with a pretty normal life. Until her mother lost her sanity.

A few weeks before Pip was reaped into the hunger games, which she'd wond. Pip's mother went hysterical after making outburst about not having her husband. Though Pip wasn't at home of at the time, Pip's mother took a knife to the family pet. After what seemed like a few hours, the neighbors came over to find the pet's blood along the walls and it's carcass crucified on the table. Later, peacekeepers took the mother away and no other information was given to the public.

During the reapings, Pip was the original reaped tribute and took her spot on the stage with fear in every look. But does that mean she's scared? Well, after her first games, Pip came out as the Pharaoh of Nine. Winning with her original egyptian sword and out slaughters. But, her streak after two years came back in the news for the QQ, will she win again? That's the question.



Personality:

Normally before the games, Pip can nice, cheerful, and sometimes unpredictable. But as an Ex-Victor, her old tactic of scared-the-kill was diminished. So, she had to come up with a new way to fool her competitors. So, Mute can be smily, happy, and writes nice remarks on her white board. But in the games, Pip is silent but deadly, a lonesome person and icon of the ancient ways of Egypt. One who sees and kills souls....

I'm going to join this one. Sadly I can't remember all my tributes well enough but this is the one I remember the best... Luckily I had this character saved somewhere. It's from like arena 13 or something. I can shift the district if anyone really wants District 7 though

History: She has always been schizophrenic, but it wasn't until she turned six that people truly realized it wasn't just an over active imagination. She was an only child since, as her mother frequently said, "She's a handful to last a lifetime". Her life was rather lonely, seeing as everyone avoided her and some people, such as the mean butcher Fred, thought she was possessed with an evil spirit. She developed a deep fear of peacekeepers when one had offered her parents to decrease their stress and put Fawn out of her miserable state. All said with a gun to her head. While her mother looked tempted her father had quickly shut that idea down.
Due to peoples reactions to her, though all weren't mean, she kind of got stuck in a child mentality and always was off in her own world. People would try to pull her into the real world but it just warped into something different in her mind or she just refused to listen. She's always a little sleep deprived crazy since when she enters the world of dreams it mostly consists of nightmares of the real world. As a result she generally is kept on heavy duty sleep medication.
When she was ten her mother had had an emotional breakdown. Fawn had been sent to the tiny mental institution that was in her district. Problem was it was supposed to help her, but really all they did was keep her hyped up on meds and drain the money the family had. She was there for half a year before her parents decided the cost wasn't worth it. Fawn was, if anything, worse from her stay there. She was terrified of small rooms and people in nurses clothing now.
The only good thing in her life was the presence of her friends and her little adventures with them. She had learned to sneak around unnoticed to go on little outings with her friends. Her mother just didn't care about her and her father was always working, and most people avoided or ignored her. So with a few light detours she could wander around wherever she pleased. So overall it wasn't bad, she was an expert at blocking the bad and seeing the positive. Came from her dad, he called her his little ray of sunshine. Though, when Fawn volunteered at the reaping, he couldn't hide the relief hidden under his grief. Her mother though? Well, they're still debating if her tears were of happiness or sorrow.

Other: is severely schizophrenic. She has 4 "friends"(aka hallucinations) that typically are "with" her. In her mind things are just waaaay messed up. One of her "friends" told her that the capitol takes away people(in the reaping) and turns them into celebrities. And that, no. They don't die on TV. It's like the old movies and everything is preplanned. So if you get chosen in the reaping, you are gone from the awful district and taken by the good guys and your life is all better. She was also told by her "friend" that the Peacekeepers are the worst people on the face of the earth. They're trying to take control of all the districts from the nice, loving capitol. And that was why their life was so awful. So in other words: The capitol was only able to take away a couple kids at a time, and the Hunger Games was just staged so the peacekeepers wouldn't think the kids were still alive and as such wouldn't cause as many problems.
Anyway... Fawn's mind is just messed up. She believes everything her "friends" tell her, and what her friends tell Fawn is what Fawn comes up with in her mind as a way to deal with issues. As crazy as the end result may be.
Her friends are called Bear(an older brother figure to her), Pip(her best friend), Squirrel(like an older sister), and Chip(her best guy friend).

Appearance:

With skin as white as snow and hair as shiny as the sun, Cashton can sure stick out like a sore thumb in more ways then one. She stands 5 ft 8 and weighs a whopping 120 when her axe is preyed out of her hands. Her eyebrows are purposely arced high to give the impression she is judging every object she lays her wicked eyes on. Callused skin covers the majority of her body from the many hard hours of practicing for these here games.

Personality:
Cashton is not the type of girl that will easily allow you to blow her off, bods her around, or even cross her path and get away with it. Plainly saying, Cashton is a bloodthirsty career that is just as obnoxious as the next. If she doesn't like you, she will let you know right away with harsh words thrown in your direction. If she likes you on the other hand, she will most likely flirt with you until you die your painful death. Arrogant, self-centered, and deadly are the best words to describe this stunning girl. But, there may be a softer side buried down deep in her past that could be brought out...

History:
A similar history to all other careers is what lies in the trail behind Cashton. From the time she could walk she was carrying a weapon, and her first words were along the lines of death, revenge, and, of course, blood. She devoted her petty little life to training her body to be pushed past that breaking point, past the barriers that pain set up in order to become the very best she could. She stole the hearts of many of innocent boys, but never once felt that spark that lovers preach about. There hasn't been much in Cashtons life to regret, and she's hoping to keep it that way throughout the arena.

Personality: She is friendly and cheerful, always being curious and not worrying much about things. Pascal is very level headed and clear minded. At times she can be very eccentric, and often doesn't know when to stop talking. Despite her being so eccentric, Pascal is intelligent in many ways. Pascal is also far to honest for her own good.
History Pascal was born in district 2, having 2 older brothers and a twin sister. She didn't seen much of her parents or brothers because they were often working. Her family was mid class, not poor or rich. As a child Pascal and her sister Holly were often overlooked by the peacekeepers, and the other people of district 2. After not being drawn for 2 years, Holly and Pascal were sure they wouldn't be drawn. The day of the reaping, Holly was far to sick to come and her name was drawn. Pascal knowing her sister would die in the games, volunteered for her.

Personality: Extremely cunning and brave. He hates people correcting him and proving him wrong. He is extremely energetic so he usually doesn't sleep a lot. Away from his evil side which consist of threats and trying to kill you. He is actually friendly after you scrape away the grime and bad side of him.

History Colin grew up in a harsh home. His parents always yelling and screaming. They made up and had 3 kids along with Colin. He has 2 sisters. He began working at the lumber yards. He soon was swinging around a ax when he was 11. He soon put his name in the bowl more times singing up for the terrace. Surprising enough on the day of the reaping, he was picked having his name in the bowl 43 times. He barely got time to say bye to his sister before he was whisked away onto the train.

Personality: Gwen suffers from acute schizophrenia disorder and doesn't talk to people. However, she is intelligent in her own way with strategy and quick thinking. She doesn't socialize and her mother and father care very much for her. She isn't allowed to be with weapons, could could most likely find ways to kill you. She is stable most of the time, her eyes focus and unfocus at random. She usually can't think straight, but thinks quick then it vanishes. She has small muscle spasms, but is usually under control. If you truly got to know her, she is odd but kind. She doesn't like loud noises and sudden movements. She feels the need to constantly ask questions and completely understand her surroundings and situation. Get her to talk and she will tell you the secrets of others.
History: Gwen is an only child and her grandma cares for her. She goes to a special school and is normal most of the time. No sob story, just a light mental disease.
Skills: Fast runner when she controls herself, with concentration comes good ideas, listening to other people, electronics.

History: She was pampered and given whatever she wanted by her mom and dad. Her family owned Delica Jewels, one of the district's top quality producers. She was trained to be amazing with throwing knives and is also a gymnast. She has tons of friends who adore her and everyone wants to just catch a glimpse of her perfection.
Skills: Throwing knives, agility, gymnastics, and she has very basic plant knowledge.
Weaknesses: Medicine, any weapon other than spear and throwing knives, and being alone in battle.

Already being a giant of standing at 6ft8 and weighing at 244lbs, Mason is one of the most fearsome tributes. He has a black curly faded hair with a light skin olive tone. His eyes are dark like the night of the oceans and never smiles. He muscle tone can easily show even during the reaping of his bisceps, and his shoulder temps as well as his chest packs. Mason almost looks a mix between an black and a Filipino because of his African facial looks and his light skin tone.

Personality:
Mason has and strong but yet dark side to himself. He is fearless, precise and confident but yet he can be angry, insane and impulsive which can possibly lead to his death. Mason loves the fresh air of battle even as growing up in district 10. Although Mason is one of the strongest tributes, he never underestimates anyone.(By learning the hard way back when he was in district 10)Although Mason may seems as if he fears nothing, the one thing that he does fear is the possible death his beloved sister Athene and anyone that attached a personal connection with Mason. When in comes to the fighting, Mason isn't the type of person who likes to the stay in the bloodbath for long, he takes what he needs and leaves as fast as he can.

History:
Mason grew up the dark parts of district 10 when he and his sister were abandoned at the age of 8 when their parents were executed by the guards for trying to escape the outer space of district 10. Because of events like this that made Mason who he truly is now. A strong fearless cold-blooded tribute. Everyday was a survival game for Mason and his sister(although the fate of his sister was more providential). His sister was taken home to a house of bakery workers. Everyday Mason fought others boys for food or goods as a bet so he could of helped his sister in anyway possible. Since his parents's death, Mason became quiet and silent and spoke when nesscary. By the time Mason reached the age 15, he was working for farmers to protect sheeps and chickens from wolfs or coyotes. Mason would always fight the predetors without fear which gives him slight advantage when it came to experience but all that experience gave him many wounds.

Personality: Hazel is quiet for the most part, but once you get to know her she will talk more and more. She is reserved and smart, swift and stealthy.

History Hazel has no siblings, just her mom and dad. At school, she wasn't always the most popular girl. She was able to make friends, but she couldn't really say they were close. Her dad at home would teach her some self defense moves and how to blend in with her surroundings. Her dad, she would say, was her best friend, and one of the only people that truly understood her.

Camouflage, flips, and hand to hand combat.

Personality: Delilah is very intelligent, kind and cunning. When with others, she is a bubbly, happy, positive girl who is as confident as one can get. She does not act cocky and sees no point in being mean or rude. She loves meeting new people. Her orange hair is like the sun and it seems to fit her fun personality but with Delilah everything is not fun and games because when she gets a weapon in her hand, her bubbly personality vanishes, bringing forth the horrible malicious side of her that one only sees when she is fighting and since the Hunger Games is only fighting, she will be ruthless and bloodthirsty. She will stop for no one and nothing when it comes to fighting and winning. Delilah, with her split personality, can fool many people into thinking nothing of her as a competitor but when in the arena and surrounded by weapons and fighting, the other side of her will come.

History Delilah lived with her parents in a decent size house, with a former Victor as an older brother and a little sister. Delilah knows all her fighting skills from her brother, who began teaching her from her request. She had a happy childhood, fighting since she could walk. With her split personality very evident even as a young girl, her parents could see that she was a fighter at heart and, even though they shouldn't, trained her especially hard, much to her delight. Her brother would sometimes call her by the nickname "Deadly Delilah" because of her split personality. Sometimes she could be sweet and then other times when she has a weapon in hand, she can be as ruthless and deadly as she wants. For 16 years she practised and practised and maybe this year she will be reaped and finally show her true side.

Seaton has brown hair that lightens naturally towards the end, due to hard work in the sun. His skin has a nice olive tan, a stark contrast to his fair-skinned, deceased sister. His eyes are a warm chocolate brown and his smile is uplifting. He stands at 6'1" and is 140 lbs.

Personality: Seaton can be very serious, due to his traumatization caused by the 40th Hunger Games. His solemn face is the complete opposite of his true nature. He is a natural jokester and has a large amount of charisma. Even though he is not particularly flirty, he knows when to turn on the charm. A natural born leader, he is great at organizing and direction, and is very decisive. He also hates injustice.

History 13. He was 13 when his sister died. Seaton understood that some people lost their siblings even earlier, but it was the worst feeling to have known someone for 13 years, form a connection that only brother and sister can have, and have that ripped away from you. Being only two years younger, he and Aaliyah were closer in age than any others in his large family. The absence of her made him feel empty and cold. His hollowed soul carried him around, feeling helpless, until one day, he decided to do something. He began training, lifting heavier weights everyday, working with tridents and nets; anything he could get his hands on. A trainer who worked with future careers began to notice him. Taking the boy under his wing, Seaton cultivated his skills and was soon a formidable opponent, and then a deadly killer. Traing could be rough, but he kept going with a single mantra: "Do it for Aaliyah. Do it for her."
((I decided that because he is Aaliyah's brother, I didn't need to go through the usual background stuff because its in hers. But I can change it if you want.))

Personality:

Simon is small and silent, and this is exactly how he has always been. Until you really get to know Simon, you will probably not see his true self. He is a very stubborn individual and once his mind is made up, swaying him even a little is next to impossible. If you do not try to push, him will come across as being laid back and reserved. Take heed though because if you anger Simon, it is likely that you might find a violent temper. However, his temper generally will not flare until he is pushed.

Simon doesn't have much of an imagination outside of electronics and his inventions. His lack in imagination and how stubborn he is leave others exasperated. He takes things very seriously and finds it hard to relax and enjoy the lighter side of life and living.

Simon refuses to listen to a logical argument if it doesn't suit him. His occasional outbursts of uncontrollable rage will come from accumulated frustration and irritation. Simon tries hard to keep all of his emotions in check, but all the built up feelings erupt when pushed.

History

Simon comes from a family who once long ago used to be quite wealthy. His family was brought down from being one of the top families to the near bottom as quick as the destruction of District 13. He grew up on a solitary environment where most of the other children his age avoided each other to get their own jobs done. Simon had to work hard building things for an older man with more money to earn food and other items for his family. His older sister does similar jobs with the wealthier ladies of District 3. It is somewhat difficult back home as his father gets frustrated on little things, unable to recognize the change of their wealth. He is still used to throwing around money to get whatever he wants, not rationing his food. This transfer has been hard on the family but they are on the most part, getting along alright. Now, the time has come for Jay to be entered into the reaping again.

Skills:

Simon has an incredible talent with electronics like most District 3 tributes. He doesn't know how to wield a weapon correctly but has had to use a knife several times before when experimenting with different inventions.

Weaknesses:

Simon has always had a great fear of water. He hates being around it and has never taken a swim in his life. Swimming is not his only weakness. He has never had a care for large weapons, therefore has never used one.

History Jemma's mother and father died when she was ten, leaving her with her two sisters, Kelly who was six and Gretchen who was three, the three girls moved in with their aunt who basically left them to starve, so Jemma was in charge and she decided she would have to raise up the two girls herself.
Skills: She can hunt wild turkey when they're right outside the district, and can pick and gather, she's very good at distinguishing between edible and poisonous berries, she also can camouflage herself.
Weaknesses: She's not good with any weapons except a rock and stick to kill food. She's not good around other people.
