BJHS Book Club discussion

At first, I was a bit unsettled at Tana's casual attitude about going to wild drunken parties all the time, but it's pretty realistic. The story, however, is relatively different from other vampire novels. The mom event that messed her up, the idea of containing vampires in Coldtowns, the ex-boyfriend instead of the crush have sucked me into the story. I have to fall asleep to stop reading.

Also, I really like the quotes about death at the beginning of each chapter - I like those kinds of writerly touches.
