The authors folder is for members to start threads about authors they are reading or want to read and discuss with other readers or get feedback on their books. All members are welcome to start threads. Please check the list of discussion topics to make sure you are not starting a duplicate thread.

Authors should not start threads to advertise or discuss their own books in this section or the books section. The moderators on this group make an effort to provide plenty of opportunities for authors to promote their books to fellow action/adventure readers without violating any promotional rules on this group. If you have a question about this, please feel free to read the rules of the group or contact a moderator via private message. If a promotional thread is started outside of the promotions or member authors sections, it is a risk for deletion. Moderators are not obligated to move the thread to the appropriate section, but can choose to delete the thread. Habitual abusers of this rule are at risk for removal from the group. It has happened and will happen again to individuals who show no respect for the group rules or the other members of this group.

I just deleted three author promos today. If you are an author, you are not supposed to be posting promos in this folder. If you continue to disregard the rules of the group, you can and will be removed from the group.
