Cass Ma | 5 comments So I need a to-read list of Scifi/supernatural books that are similar to the shows I love:

Eureka
WareHouse 13
Supernatural
Lost Girl
Fringe
Almost Human

I like more current modern technologies and it would be wicked cool to read whats out there that is scifi and supernatural :P

Hazi (hazigurl) | 5 comments American Gods by Niel Gaiman. Supernatural is supposedly loosely based on it.
Christa Faust also wrote a Supernatural book.

Jilleen (jilleendolbeare) | 6 comments It sounds like you just like urban fantasy/sci-fi. Go with the classics: Jim Butcher, the Dresden Files, Lauren Hamilton's Anita Blake Series, Patricia Briggs, Mercy Thompson series, Ilona Andrews Magic Series. That's a good mix that covers those tv show (I watch them too!) I also just got into Bitten on Syfy, which is from Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series!

Dale (leadsinger) | 18 comments Among other things, you seem to enjoy some humor. May I suggest the Callahan series by Spider Robinson?

Marc (authorguy) | 121 comments You could also try Tanya Huff. Her Keeper Chronicles and the The Enchantment Emporium series are light urban fantasy, some of my favorites. Katherine Kerr also has a series that begins with License to Ensorcell.
