Please join me and Cristy as we read the first book in the Darkness Before Dawn Trilogy by J.A. London.

Synopsis~
Only sunlight can save us.

We built the wall to keep them out, to keep us safe. But it also makes us prisoners, trapped in what's left of our ravaged city, fearing nightfall.

After the death of my parents, it's up to me as the newest delegate for humanity to bargain with our vampire overlord. I thought I was ready. I thought I knew everything there was to know about the monsters. Then again, nothing could have prepared me for Lord Valentine . . . or his son. Maybe not all vampires are killers. Maybe it's safe to let one in.

Only one thing is certain: Even the wall is not enough. A war is coming and we cannot hide forever.

The part where they're at the movie theater and get found out. The more I read of victor the more I like him :D

Still at the spot where I last left off. I had 3 exams today so my reading for this week has been slow. Once I take my last exam and get home my reading will pick up again.

That's good, I just finished a book where the main character was frustrating. I was able to pick the book ur today and I have no school tomorrow. So my goal is to finish before Friday!

I love Victor already and I'm only at Chapter 12. I also like Michael, but I feel like he is too perfect.

I think this is the second book I've read where a character named Sinclair went by the nickname of Sin.

My goal is to finish this today! We will see how that goes, since my last goal did not work out so well!

& Sin! He seemed like a keeper :/ if only he hadn't done what he did at the end... He would've been in my top book boyfriends too >___<

Honestly, I don't think I ever liked Sin. I actually thought he was the guy in the hoodie, and he got someone to do it the one time, so that no one would suspect him lol

When do you want to read the second book?

I thought it was victor (the hoodie guy) but victor ended up being the hero ;)

Lucky! I have like no free time ever! Well I just requested it from my library, so let me check to see how soon I will get it!

OKAY!!! Ill be waiting on that so we can read it =D and have more Victor fix in our lives =D
