SO finally met Allie's best friend and also met her step mom Violet. First I like her friend but really I think they were barely there for 2 chapter. The most exciting thing well actually...there was a few..but first Zay got something like a high off of the lack of magic from the way he was acting and it makes me think that he's maybe like Allie in that way. And with all the stuff that happens in chapter 12....well anyway. Nora really does know Allie and I can't say I'm so shocked that Allie and Zay sleep together though it was quite funny that Nora kept pounding on the door trying to get them out...though it makes a lil sense considering the news clip. I also wasn't surprised about Allie trying to push him away and distance herself from him considering how she's been abandoned by people close to her.

Cody

OH WOW was I shocked about how Cody left ok so during the night he got that feeling snake man was looking for him and then Bonnie shows up magically out of the blue and takes him. This is connected so badly.

So Snake man who I think is James(please comment your opinion) is this kinda dressed up guy who works for bad people hired Bonnie to get Cody. I even think I figured out why they killed Allie's dad. Because Bonnie used the chip that Beckstrom enterprise was working on to get in and out of the dead zone magically. They are planning on patenting the chips themselves and it could be the guy that Allie's dad won the rights to the rod patent that was the start of everything and the downfall of that guys(I don't recall his name but it was mentioned in earlier chapters about the article)

Violet

So I’m not surprised how young she is though she does have a good head on her shoulders and I think she’s trustable I also wonder if she knows hold magic stuff like Zay or if they are related because they both aren’t vulnerable to influence. I’m still not sure how that works or if there is a way for people to do it because from what Allie said it’s not easy to do.

I'll be honest haven't finished chapter 12 I still have 10 pages but I wanted to post..I'm in the middle of Allie and Zay in his place so ya

So hopefully you don't kill me. I know you want to Rage-quit this book club, but I really hope you reconsider :D

Well anyway. I feel that I really liked Nora, a lot, I felt she was a good grounding force for the books. And I agree with Allie, though she should not have slept with him if she knew she would distance herself.. But whatevs. And Violet is interesting. I thought it pretty funny how Allie didn't know who Violet was, though Zay did.

Cody:
I was ecstatic that he was alive, and well with kitten. Until he flipped out, and ran like that and disappeared like out of nowhere, with Bonnie. Why? It's frustrating...

Violet:
I liked her, not sure if there should be any trusting, because Zay isn't really delving into his secrets either, and I don't fully trust him either.

Also Zay getting his "high" because of the lack of magic was pretty funny.

OH MY GOD who knew 10 pages could have so much...SO they're soul compliments that takes their relationship to a whole new level...and all this new info about magic!! Who's trying to kill her now and how messed up will she be after that spell?

Sharon I like how surprised Zay keeps getting that she really knows nothing about Violet and agree Nola's awesome and I hope she is in the other books too maybe even longer...And I wasn't rage quiting just felt I was the only one trying...maybe when the book is done we all can go to World of Beer or the Wine room anywho...
