J.E.B. Spredemann (jspredemann) | 170 comments I thought it would be useful/fun for both readers and authors to be able to connect via book reviews.

AUTHORS: Since this category is in the Fans of Amish Fiction group, your target audience, you may offer your books (digital files) for FREE to readers who love Amish fiction. The readers, in turn, agree to leave an honest review on Goodreads and at least one other book related site (Amazon, B&N, etc.)

READERS: Your job is fun! Receive a digital book for FREE and agree to leave a review on Goodreads and at least one other site. Please keep reviewing guidelines in mind: 5 Star - loved it, 4 Star - really liked it, 3 Star - liked it, 2 Star - it was okay, 1 Star - didn't like it. Readers, please post reviews within TWO WEEKS. Thanks!

I realize that this might not work for some authors, as the publisher may have sole control over the distribution of their books. However, for those who can participate, please do.

J.E.B. Spredemann (jspredemann) | 170 comments I have 5 digital copies of my latest book, A Secret Encounter, that I'd like to offer to reviewers.

Here is a synopsis of the book:

Shunned in his late teens, Joseph Bender has lived a difficult life the past few years. He's convinced he's finished with the Amish and God, until he meets kindhearted Anna Smucker. Life on the streets is a stark contrast to the comforts of an Amish community. Will Joe be able to overcome the trials set before him to find a new life of love? Can a secret encounter change his life forever? Inspirational Christian Fiction, Approx. 225 pages

The FIRST five people to respond will receive a digital copy (pdf) of A Secret Encounter. Please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE or an email (jebspredemann(at)gmail(dot)com).

Thank you! A Secret Encounter (Amish Secrets #2) by J.E.B. Spredemann

message 13: by Lynda (new)

Lynda (thorsmom) | 13 comments I just found this thread. I love to read Amish fiction. My reviews depict this. I grew up next to an Old Order Amish community -- one that is still very active and still Old Order. I have reviewed books before for editors -- these were technical rather than novel. I am open to reviewing Amish books.
