Black Coffee discussion

I came across this video after discussing recently with some of you the effects of slavery and how it is currently effecting our communities and society. It's based off of many books of real slaves who were interviewed about slavery. In this video the real words of those slaves are being read by great actors, Samuel L Jackson, Jasmine Guy, Oprah, Whoopi, Angela Bassett and many more legendary actors. please watch when you can. The University of North Carolina has a website called Documenting the American South. They have scores of slaves narratives there. If you click on the link below you will find two more links. You can search the narratives chronologically or alphabetically. You could spend hours and hours, just reading through them.
