Just got to chapter seven (yesssss I know it's not August yet but I needed to get out of my reading slump) and enjoying it! Rose is something else ahahaha
I'm actually really enjoying this so far. I'm super surprised because I watched the movie about a year ago and wasn't a huge fan. It's super frustrating because I can't stop seeing everyone as they are in the movie (which isn't how I would imagine them).So far, I'm intrigued by Dimitri and want to know more.
Plus, I actually really like Rose. In the beginning I didn't think I would because she seems like a tease but I find that I am really enjoying her character and it's refreshing to read someone who isn't quiet and antisocial.
Looking forward to finishing this book! :)
Oh and I also really like that Rose is curvy and she comments on how everyone wishes they were like her whereas in the world people wish to look like the vampires and be thin. She says you always want what you can't have and I like that.
