This is a challege that will run from August 1st to August 31st.
Below you will find a list of Fairytales and categories beneath them. For this challenge you can pick any book that relates to one of those categories to earn a point
Beauty and the Beast
• Read a retelling of Beauty and the Beast
• Read a book with a rose on the cover
• Read a book with characters that use magic
• Read a book where the main character is a book-worm
• Read a book where the hero has trauma/physical scars/a disability
Cinderella
• Read a retelling of Cinderella
• Read a book with a castle on the cover
• Read a book where the main character has a step-mother/step-sisters
• Read a book with a Prince
• Read a book where the main character is trapped somewhere
12 Dancing Princesses
• Read a retelling of the 12 Dancing Princesses
• Read a book with a shoe on the cover
• Read a book about of sisters
• Read a book about an overbearing father
• Read a book where the main character is a dancer/likes to dance
Sleeping Beauty
• Read a retelling of Sleeping Beauty
• Read a book with woods on the cover
• Read a book about dragons
• Read a book with a main character that has blond hair
• Read a book where the main character can talk to animal
Points:
1 points for every book read
2 point for every 500 pages
3 points for a buddy read
5 points for every category completed
Rules:
Book must be read between August 1st and August 31st
Book must be over 200 pages to count
1 reread is allowed
If you are doing a buddy read it mus be done within this group
You must write a review for the book
