5.7 - Bridge. Read a book with the word "bridge" or "bridges" (no other variations) in its title/subtitle or with a bridge on the cover. REQUIRED: if the cover option is chosen, include the cover in your post.

Susan A | 1667 comments Bridge -- is an overpass over water okay, or does it need to be a suspension bridge like the Golden Gate Bridge?

I'm just looking now, this book Sins of Arrogance (Creatures of Sin, #1) by India Harper - -looks like an overpass.

Something over air/water that you could walk/drive over. An overpass is fine - so would be one of those pedestrian walkways over a road, anything like that.

Fiona (Titch) wrote: "If I can get the Kindle version allowed, can I have Bridge of Hope by Pam Champagne please?"

It does have the word bridge in the title. But I notice that both the general "ebook" version and the kindle version have fewer than 80 pages - so this wouldn't be okay, even for a 5 point task.

Rochella (rosesbookgarden) | 109 comments Is Running on Empty (Mending Hearts, #1) by L.B. Simmons okay for a cover? Not completely sure if it's considered a bridge, since when I think of a bridge I see this huge stone or metal construction.

sorry, that looks more like a dock to me. A bridge doesn't have to be stone or metal, but it does need to provide a crossing over air or water from one place to another.

let's hope so - otherwise those people and bicycles crossing on it must be doing something pretty remarkable!
