Jenni Frencham (jennifrencham) I am not a fan of chick lit at all, but I actually enjoyed this book in spite of myself. The students at my library would love it, too, so if our local book project ever gets a copy, I'll snatch it up.

This book cracks me up-- the dialogue in it is super realistic.

Julie | 2 comments Funny protagonist and realistic dialogue. It reminds me of Fangirl in ways. I like the exploration of what happens to those on the periphery of fame.

Ariel Birdoff (madam_pince) | 19 comments I really enjoyed this book, but I found myself being quite angry at Victoria when she seemed to care more about reality TV and swag than about Audrey. I felt that the fight between the two friends should have come much sooner and been much more of a plot point. That said, it has a positive message, and was a lot of fun to read.

Kelly | 13 comments This book made me smile, smile, smile. It was such a fun read. It was refreshing to have a book about a teen where the parents were nice normal people who supported their child (and not dead, fighting or absent). It was cool that the outrageous conflict in the story wasn't about being bullied or diagnosed with a rare disease. The plot was original and, though I think highly unlikely to ever happen, it felt realistic. Maybe that says something about our society. :(

Devera C | 32 comments This book was cute, but it started to drag on a little too much by the end. It does give a great message about forgiving your ex and moving forward in your life and the dialogue/language was very realistic for the ages portrayed. 3 stars

Lee-ann | 16 comments This book was fun and upbeat, even if it deals with break-ups...they don't all have to be depressing!
