message 1: by Bec (new) - rated it 4 stars

Bec | 64 comments I was at my parents house and found this book. It had some handwriting in it - to Rebecca, happy reading etc. My son was keen to read it too, so we used this as our time together and I read it to him (he can read to himself but still likes being read to from time to time). It seemed even weirder reading it again as an adult - and a little different to the movie. We both enjoyed it however.

Sophie (sawphie) I really like this book, and I find it very interesting that you don't see the same messages when you read it as a child or as an adult!

I'm not ready to have children yet, but one thing I really look forward to is reading to them and discovering new stories together :)

Silvia Turcios | 304 comments I know it's a classic. but it's so weird... I don't know, I can't really say I liked it, however I hope you enjoy it :-)

Maple (maplerie) | 307 comments This is my all time favorite children's book. Rereading it as an adult doesn't have the same magic that it once did, but it still holds a special place in my heart and bookshelf.

Jennifer Van Beveren | 93 comments I don't think I ever read it as a child but really liked it now. Glad I picked it!
