Books to The Big Screen discussion

So, what do you guys think? Does the series pretty much match the books? Is the time setting too much? Is it still awesome? Let me know what you think. :)

I LOVE Sherlock!:)

I am OBSESSED with this show! All of the actors are
amazing, and I love the plot lines! I knew when I started watching this that I would be left on cliff hangers because Moffat was doing it! ( I am also a huge Doctor Who fan;) I like how the show is only loosely based on the books! I have only read Study in Scarlet so far, but my goal is to read more of them this year. Oh, and I love Benedict Cumberbatch ;)

Yes, I did read Study in Scarlet and thoroughly enjoyed it!! I think the show does just fine with it not being exactly tied to the books! :)

Everybody asks me what my favorite episode is, and I can't pick one! There is something to obsess over in every one! What are y'all's favorite episode? (It's hard I know!)

Honestly, my favorite one so far has been the season 3 finale. holy crap it blew my mind.

I do love the season 3 finale!!!! But its so hard to choose! I also loved Hound of Baskerville though...

Can I just say how freaking amazing Irene Adler was?! I love her so much! It is confirmed that she will be in season 4, but I hope she's not only in Sherlock's mind palace!

<3 Love! Great Show. Love it. Not Totally Obssessed, but likes it. Yeah.

I LOVE SHERLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While it does not tie directly in with the books, it does keep a lot of characters, and concepts.

Usually I want the show to follow the books, but I think that this works really well, by keeping the show loosely based of the books! I think it allows the show to stay modern, while staying true to the character!

I love Sherlock! I was obsessed and watched all the episodes in like one day! Benedict is so my favorite person
