The Reading Challenge Group discussion

Hey guys! I just wanted to know if there are any writers in the group that love to write for fun? If so what genres do you write and do you have any links for them either here on goodreads or another website? Let us know and let us see your work. I was just curious because I am a writer who loves to write for fun and I have some short stories and a completed serial up at my goodreads page and just started a new online YA horror fantasy serial which I am doing one chapter a week so please check them out and let me know what you think thanks! I don't write myself, but my hostdad, Lars D. H. Hedbor is an indie writer. :D

He writes historical YA fiction set during the American Revolutionary War. I know he's researched the time period exhaustively, so there are no anachronisms or mistakes.

He's so far published three books:
The Prize: Tales from a Revolution - Vermont
The Smoke: Tales From a Revolution - New-York
The Light: Tales from a Revolution - New Jersey

I suppose his series fits the genre challenge perfectly! :)

I do like to write, short stories. I write in spanish, haven't gotten around writing anything in english, though. I've read a lot in english, so I feel like I could pull it off.
