Oohh look oir own little thread lol.
Right this is my 1st real buddy read, I did one before but I was a bit pants with the discussion!
How do you guys want to do this date / chapters etc?

I've done buddy reads before. Either chapters or number of pages is fine with me. Whatever date works for everyone is fine with me.

Anyvdate is fine for me, preferably not tomorrow though (sunday) it's 11.50pm here and I'm out watching my husbands band, I have a 30 minutevdrive home and I've got to get up at 6.45 for a 12 hr shift tomorrow morning erghh !
To say I'm not looking forward to it is an understatement lol

I vote for some # of chapters and hide comments in spoilers. I don't have my book in yet, so I don't know what a good chapter break would be.

Craig's list: (view spoiler)[ holy shit! I hope her mom at least has copies of the check she used to pay 1st, last and deposit for that non-existant apartment. She can call the cops and they can begin a fraud investigation. Someone with a checking account cashed that check, unless she sent cash.
I worked for Chase, if it was a money order, cashier's check or check, they can trace to the account it was deposited into.

My brother buys stuff from Craigslist all the time. The one thing I tried to buy was a flag, and they sent me a picture of the flag. So nope, I don't pay unless I can actually see and touch it. (hide spoiler)]

RE: Cambridge: I actually lived off memorial drive, right there off the Charles River which you could see from my balcony. Nostalgia baby! Wow. This book really took me back to the Bean town.

Genius boy and double major? His mom should at least be able to afford a car that doesn't sputter. Seriously. If my kid was that smart, I would give him a Honda accord that works

I'm on Chapter 2 and They are apartment hunting now. BTW, i agree with Celeste, if it wasn't a financial thing, Julie could go to one of the better schools in Boston

I like Matthew a lot even though he is a little socially awkward. I get that Finn is the handsome one that the family fawns over.

Not sure how to answer your spoiler honestly. I'm not seeing from my perspective though. Although (view spoiler)[I do see Matt developing feelings for Julie but nothing romantically from her side of things. I think she's too busy helping Celeste at this point for much to happen. (hide spoiler)]

I know you like FF, and I do too, but I really like Matt though. Matt is here. Matt is on the front line everyday in this circus of a household. Matt has to deal with Celeste every day. Matt is PRESENT while Finn is off pursuing his own endeavors. Just sayin'
