Lorrea - WhatChaReadin'? My husband who is not a reader, posed a very interesting question to me last night. How many forms of reading do you have? At first, I thought quickly and said 4(computer, Kindle, Books, iPod. He said my phone, but I don't like reading on my phone)
Then I thought about it a little bit more and on my computer I have 3-4 different ways to read(Kindle, Overdrive, and Adobe Digital Editions, and also I can read some things straight from Good Reads) Then, I have the Kindle app on my phone as well as my 2 different Kindles. Also on my kindle fire I have the OverDrive app and another reading app. When it comes to books, I have books I get from the Library, books I already own and books that are given to me to read and books I borrow.
I never realized I had so many ways to read...

So how many do you have??

Becky I just read your missplaced comment on the web. Too bad I didn't read it over in a general reading forum somewhere else.

Richard my kindle just died a death after 3 years so i am back to plain old paperbacks which is a little frustrating, i'd gotten used to the lean mean kindle way of doing things

Thanks for your input Becky, but finding a general forum here on Goodreads was not really easy. I tried to put it up without a book attached, but that didn't work for me. If you have any suggestions of how I could put this out there in another way, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

Lorrea - WhatChaReadin'? Even work books there are different arenas. Hard cover or paper back. Fiction or non fiction and then there are even more sub genres under that.

Christina I grew up with books, earthy hard covers that upon picking up I would get a thrill of excitement down my back and still do some 40 years later I adore the feel the smell etc but tis the ages & own a nook with overdrive on it , also a tablet with the overdrive and nook app and a computer with well you get the drift I always joke about it but yeah I usually have a book in my hand ,a nook in my purse and yet another book in the car on the desk and at home ... hence me being such an eclectic reader some books are like junk food and fit good when standing in a long line others you need a comfortable chair and hours of free time...
