Welcome to week two.

I am slowly getting into this book and enjoying it immensely. To me it has elements of a Harry Potter and Twilight-ey kind, both series I loved. I can understand that you aimed this book at teens Adrienne. But that is part of what I like about books like this. It reminds me about that time in my life. How we felt. What we thought. Especially being in love!

I would have killed for a dragon as a teen! How to solve a lot of problems...

Thank you Adele and I'm so glad that you love this. It's a total blast when older genre also love it.

Stepping into week two, I wanted to ask you a question. Loving YA so much, I need to get some light on something. Third base, I'm sure you all know where I'm going with this. I don't like sex in teen books but to keep it realistic, and teens does it, especially around Elena's age, seventeen and up. Not all of them, but most of them. Obviously I won't go into the erotic side of it, because it's a YA novel but do you guys think hints of where things lead to would be okay or not?

Then a topic that is on everybody's mind,

Team Blake or Team Lucian and why?

Becky or Sammy. Both of them are very strong characters but so much different. If you should choose between one of them to be your best friend, who would you choose?

I've got plenty of reviews saying that my novel has some unanswered questions. What questions would you like to get answered? And were there really so many?

Another thing, I don't mind that people feel a Harry Potter feeling in this one. If I could just get one percent of what J.K Rowling got, I would die a happy author.

Another topic I would like to get your input on. What was your overall feeling about Brian. Speaking in third person can be quite annoying? Did you like him and felt for him at the end?

Thanks Lisa, I was really attached to Brian. So killing him off was really hard.

Unanswered questions - well, you and I chatted about this. I feel the world (worldbuilding, background) needs some fleshing out. I love the types of dragons. And if you want a force of evil for Elena to be fighting against, that I believe needs more building up as well ... but it's your novel at the end of the day :-)

Yes we did and all the points you brought to my attention was really good. I appreciate all of them so much.

What are your thought on the Viden? In book 2 you will get to know her better and what her abilities are like.

Obviously the Viden is talented. But it has gone to her head. She thinks she is in control of people's futures. She has missed the point. Luckily her abilities get the better of her self-importance at times and then she is of some use.

Oooorrr...

She plays people. Knowingly what their futures hold and what they have to go through to get there, she manipulates them in getting there. Or not getting there...

Interesting on take on this, Adele. You will discover what she's really like in Thunderlight. She is extremely talented, but what Vicki said, she is really full of herself. Still, she's playing a really important part.

Ok. So this is what I think. Elena is most definitely special. Really special. I believe she must be from the royal blood line. Goran knows it. I wonder who else knows? I just dont know how she is royal. In fact, it might have been her "royal" blood on the axe turning it into the new King of Lion weapon.

This is a clever story and gas much potential. I can see it turning into a 7 book series !! When do we get to read nr 2 Adrienne?

Oh and of course Elena is Blakes dragonian. I almost thought both she and Lucian would ascend where they were confronted with Goran. But you make wait Adrienne dont you

Sorry guys, Im not giving the story away. These are my theories.

Brian has a good heart. His speaking in the third person gives him a special quality. And a soft spot in the readers mind. He is happy-go-lucky and brave; in more ways than trying to conquer virgins!

So where does the name firebolt come from?

I wish it was a seven book series but it's only a four. I' trying my utmost best to get the 2nd one released in August. Glad you like it so far Adele

So why, it's a bit of a wait, as book three will hhave most the answers, but book 2 is very important.

HAHAHA, he is. I had a couple of readers that was upset Brian died and not Tabitha, but I still have an important job for Tabitha.

Interesting g fact about the dragonian Ian series. The name was the dragon glider first before I turned it into the dragonian. First book was called the king of lion. But it sounder too MR so to make it ya I had to go deep. The name firebolt, relates to dragons,spitting up firebolt and as well as Elena ' life. Firebolt wrecks everything around you and that was exactly how it started. Thunderlight has a couple of other meanings just like Firebolt.

I Love SAMMY so much, a vegetarian dragon, Hahahaha, I Love all my girls in Firebolt. Beck and Sammy as based on my own friends in life, well most of their qualities

It's like any series where you try to figure stuff out- I was so psyched when I was right about Snape in HP

I can't wait for you guys to read book 2. I would love to hear your thought with it.
