Castleton Public Library discussion

It's hard to talk about Allegiant and not talk about the ending, but I am trying not to give any spoilers here. So instead, I will just say that I was very disappointed in the ending and didn't see it coming.

With that said, was anyone else confused with all of the different uprisings? I had a hard time keeping track of what society was the "true" society and who was revolting and why. Thoughts???!

I liked the first book but couldn't make it through the second one. Yes, I found the plot to be very confusing. Instead of enjoying the book, I found myself wanting to take notes to keep track of the characters and what was happening. Also, the plot was very complicated but a lot of the characters weren't developed so I didn't really care what happened to them. I'll probably still go and see the movie!

I agree! I loved the first one, but really disliked the dual narration in this one. The ending is obvious why she chose to go that route, but still I don't feel for Four as I do Tris. It felt very all over the place, with Four falling in an uprising against Tris.
