Which do u love more??

hunger games!read just the first book in the divergent series.I didn't like it much..it was okay..but nothing more than that :(

I love them both don't think I can decide.

I sorta hate dystopia like worlds...and both of the last books were disappointing. I mean, Did Prim and Katniss's mom have to die, after all that hard work? And did Tris really have to die? Anyway, I like Hunger Games better, mainly because the protagonist didn't die.

I think I like both of them equally.Read hunger games first and I really loved the love story behind it.Especially the ending. Divergent was really good too. I actually really hate when people try to say"oh Divergent is pretty much the hunger games" NO it's not. But idt I could choose one over the other. But I will say that Hunger Games the movie was better than the Divergent

It one of the toughest decision to make, but if i slightly give a bit more points between these two, then it would be Hunger games (both book and movie) :)

I haven't read Hunger games but have read Divergent. And I don't think Hunger games can be as boring as Divergent. I know I know people here are divergent Fan but I wasn't much impressed by it. There were several flaw in it which I couldn't digest also, the move was much worse than the book itself.

So IMO Hunger games can't be THAT bad... !!!! Will read it to decide which is better Hmmmmm

I can't really decide since I haven't read HG, only Divergent. Divergent was okay, the second book not so much, and the third book...I can't bring myself to finish. I've watched the HG movies and I liked it. Many told me to read the books but I've been spoiled too much already. >_<

Purvika, I agree with you. I did come to Divergent after I had read the Hunger Games (book 1, at least) and I found it a bit slow, and - actually - eerily similar to Hunger Games, in concept and character. I know there's only so much creativity in the world of dystopians, but still. At least put in a good effort to make your story different; and NOT a less-violent-re-hash of the Hunger Games.

But then of course some people see the whole Hunger Games series as a complete rip-off of the Japanese "Battle Royale"...which I am personally unfamiliar with...

Haven't read the hunger games but I really love the divergent series. It has a kind of freedom feeling and all. Plus the author is pretty much a genius. I can understand if someone doesn't like it or anything.

Hunger Games was just so much better in my opinion
