Can anyone tell me how to post a review on Kobo? I can't figure out how to post or even to see other reviews.

You can't post reviews on Kobo. When Amazon bought Goodreads, Kobo stopped importing reviews from Goodreads and they never put a mechanism for posting reviews in place.
