How are the main characters?

Do you feel like you're enjoying the book so far?

Well I think Karyl is the character I'm enjoying reading about the most so far. He's got a dry kind of humor and his cynicism played against Rob's more opportunistic nature is pretty fun. (Although did anyone think he agreed to listen to Rob's proposition a little too easily? He's like 'welp- gotta leave so I might as well hear this random guy out).
Interesting to see that there's actual magic in this world in addition to beings like the Angel and the Witness. It's the first time we've seen or heard of it so I guess we're still learning what is and isn't possible in this world!
