I'm thrilled to announce this year's One County, One Book program, and start talking about To Kill a Mockingbird!

TKAM is a perennial favorite, but I think it's as applicable today as it was when it was written. It seems like the themes of racism, sexism, and class division are as prevalent and necessary today as during the 60's.
