My page 56 only has 4 sentences since it is the beginning of a chapter and the sentences are so long. I'm reading "All We Ever Wanted Was Everything" by Janelle Brown. The fourth sentence is: "She flings herself at the car, tripping on her cork platform sandals, so that Margaret, extricating herself from the front seat, is nearly knocked backward by Lizzie's embrace." Well, that's not much of a sales pitch for the book.

You said it Leshawn!!! What a fun read! I'm reading this as part of the Everything Austen Challenge. I've also re-watched Clueless and Bridget Jone's Diary for the Challenge too. I think Austen is on everyone's brain lately.

I just sat down with a stack of books to list on paperbackswap.com and this one (my daughter's) was on top when I saw this posting.....
